As a Senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals by hitting and exceeding quota.
Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
Implement strategies/target for sales
Monitoring sales performance
Identifying potential customers
Handling complaints effectively and quickly
Negotiating about contracts
Overseeing team members and ensuring that targets are met
Informing clients and team members about new products/services, features, etc.
Giving feedback to customers
Displaying advanced knowledge of sales and products
Following company approval process and use CRM tools
Proven experience in the field in NY Metro
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong product knowledge
Public speaking
Possessing good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiar with CRM and MS Office
Displaying professionalism
Being target driven and highly motivated
