Director of Marketing and Campaigns
Description
The Director of Marketing and Campaigns will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom and broadband industry, a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of Skywire’s marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and customer segments (Residential, SMB, Enterprise). Ensure consistency across all marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that promote Skywire's products and services. Oversee the creation of content, messaging, and creative direction for campaigns, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with Skywire's brand and market positioning.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Set clear goals, track performance, and ensure team members are empowered to contribute to the success of the marketing department.
- Brand Management: Drive brand consistency across all communications, ensuring the brand voice, identity, and messaging are effectively represented across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Monitor key metrics to evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and drive continuous improvements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools and data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Leverage insights to adjust strategies and improve performance, demonstrating a clear ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide support to sales teams with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to refine Skywire's marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Event Planning and Sponsorships: Oversee event planning, including industry trade shows, webinars, and corporate events. Manage sponsorships and partnerships to increase brand visibility and engage potential customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Military experience is welcomed.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on telecom, broadband, or tech industries. Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
