Sales Associate – Residential (B2C)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our residential (B2C) sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, possess strong sales skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our residential customer base and drive sales in the New York and New Jersey markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with residential customers to understand their internet and telecommunications needs.
  • Promote Skywire Networks' products and services to potential customers through various sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of internet and telecommunications products and services is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
